Another great dinner for 10 people at home yesterday with the friendly, vivacious and talented Briony, chef remarquable! I have known and hired Briony for the past 25 years and she never disappoints. She and her crew have a great sense of well-balanced flavours with an impeccable timing. It is delicate and sophisticated food seasoned with Briony’s contagious smile. A must try!
